This initiative is built on a technical foundation that has roots going back to the 1970s. ZaGenie has rich technical history and is today a boutique Managed Services Provider with a data centre in the United Kingdom. Quite comfortable on the bleeding edge of technology, the leadership of ZaGenie constantly evolve with the technical times. from the early days of the Internet, through the Dot Com revolution, and now into the exciting world of artificial intelligence. Researching all the latest tools, products and services to incorporate into an already proven platform. All our initiatives make use of the latest MSP incarnation, called ZaGenie AI. Allowing for streamlined systems that don’t rely on manual input, increasing stability.

Affiliate Marketing
The primary sales channel is an affiliate program, whereby proactive affiliates are rewarded with 5-50% commissions, in return for successful referrals. Our affiliate program is a standard, single-tier sales channel, not to be confused with multi-level marketing. Commissions are paid on actual sales, and NOT for merely introducing other affiliates to the program. We are strictly apposed to MLM, as it muddies the waters, of an otherwise very effective, economical and sustainable sales channel. We maintain 46 verified Stripe accounts, and a PayPal Business account, everything in good standing. NOTE: Neither Stripe nor PayPal allow merchants that use multi-level marketing, which dispels any notion that our business model is MLM. Our biggest challenge is for people to understand affiliate marketing, which they invariably support – it’s called Amazon.
Global Partnerships
We actively develop mutually beneficial partnerships with existing companies and organizations. Helping them create additional revenue streams, by integrating our initiatives, into their own business model. It’s a great way to leverage more income from an existing client base. We allocate a dedicated Partner Manager to do all the implementation and affiliate program management. All the partner really has to do, is actively promote the initiative, which invariably draws a favourable response, as the company/organization is seen to be socially responsible. It’s win-win for everyone.

ZaGenie originates in South Africa, where the concept of Ubuntu has been practiced for many centuries. Ubuntu means “I am, because we are.” We added the word Synergy, which means working together, and created the concept of Ubuntu Synergy – “I am, because we are. Together.”
Ubuntu Synergy is a platform designed to empower individuals worldwide by providing opportunities to generate residual passive income while contributing to positive change. Unlike traditional charities, Ubuntu Synergy operates on the principle that “charity begins at the cash register,” meaning it sustains itself through proactive business practices rather than donations. The organization offers valuable services in niche markets, accessible through a membership model. To expand its reach, Ubuntu Synergy welcomes affiliates who can refer new members and earn up to 50% commission on successful membership sales. There is no cost to be an affiliate, no membership requirements or training fees, ensuring that anyone can participate and benefit. By combining financial opportunity with meaningful impact, Ubuntu Synergy is changing the charity status quo.
This is what we do with the revenue generated by the initiatives:
- We pay affiliates every 30 days, on a recurring basis, for all referrals.
- We pay all the business expenses to ensure ZaGenie Ltd can function.
- We set aside some money for technical development and expansion.
- We then transfer the remaining balance to the Ubuntu Synergy Trust.
- From there we support various charities and causes, at our discretion.
ZaGenie Ltd is a for-profit company committed to operating as an effective and tax-efficient entity with the primary objective of maximizing profits. These profits are directed to the Ubuntu Synergy Trust, which supports various worthwhile causes at its sole discretion. The company is privately owned, with Herby Olschewski as the beneficial owner. ZaGenie Ltd remains a private limited company, with no plans to go public, ensuring that the mission and financial strategy remain aligned with our long-term ambitions.
