At the heart of this evolution is ZaGenie AI, the company’s advanced Managed Services Provider framework, which automates operations, and minimises manual intervention. Membership Fees
This initiative is supported by a community of like-minded individuals who contribute a modest £20 per month in exchange for a valuable suite of member benefits. By actively using and integrating all these benefits into their daily lives and businesses, members help drive growth, ensuring that more resources flow back into the initiative. We believe that true, lasting charitable impact begins at the point of monetary transactions—while traditional donations can provide short-term support, it is not sustainable. Residual revenue ultimately secures long-term success. Members seldom cancel, as they can earn extra income.
Affiliate Program
Our primary sales channel is a straightforward affiliate program that rewards proactive partners with commissions ranging from 5% to 50% for successful referrals. This is a standard, single-tier program based solely on actual sales and should not be confused with multi-level marketing (MLM). We’re firmly opposed to any MLM practices, as they dilute trust and compromise the effectiveness of an otherwise powerful, economical, and sustainable marketing method. To ensure transparency and compliance, we maintain verified Stripe accounts and a PayPal Business account, all in good standing. It’s worth noting that neither Stripe nor PayPal permits merchants engaged in MLM—further dispelling any misconception about our model. Our biggest challenge is often one of education: helping people understand affiliate marketing, an ethical, proven system that most already use, every time they shop with Amazon.
Partner 50/50
We build strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships with companies and organisations, helping them unlock new revenue streams by integrating our initiatives into their existing business strategies. This approach allows partners to generate additional income from their current client base while enhancing their reputation for social responsibility. To ensure seamless integration, each partner is supported by a dedicated Partner Manager who oversees initial implementation and manages the affiliate program. The partner’s role is simple—actively promote the initiative—while we handle the rest. Exponential growth is further supported by a transparent affiliate program, offering from 5 – 50% commission on successful membership referrals, with no need for any traditional donations.
Revenue generated by these initiatives is allocated with clarity and purpose: affiliates are paid recurring commissions every 30 days; business expenses are covered to keep ZaGenie Ltd operational; funds are reserved for ongoing technical development and expansion; and the remaining balance is transferred to the Ubuntu Synergy Foundation, which supports a variety of charitable causes at its discretion.
