We generate revenue, using affiliate programs and performance marketing, collectively known as affiliate marketing.

Our affiliate program is a standard, single-tier sales channel, that compensates affiliates, for sending us successful referrals. Commissions are only paid on actual sales, and NOT for merely introducing other affiliates to the program. Unlike multi-level-marketing, affiliates are NOT compensated, for anything else, but their own direct referrals and sales. We are strictly apposed to MLM, as it muddies the waters, of an otherwise very effective, economical and sustainable sales channel. NOTE: Neither Stripe nor PayPal allow merchants who practice MLM. We maintain 46 verified Stripe accounts, and a PayPal Business account, all in good standing. We trust that dispels any notion that our business, has anything to do with MLM.

Ubuntu Synergy provides an opportunity for anyone, anywhere, to generate income for themselves, while helping the world around us:
- We believe that charity begins at the cash register.
- We don’t take, nor make any donations whatsoever.
- We provide useful services in specific niche markets.
- We charge a membership fee for access to these services.
- We offer affiliates the opportunity to send us member referrals.
- We pay these affiliates up to 50% commission for successful sales.
- We do not require affiliates to be members, nor charge for training.
This is what we do with the revenue generated by the initiatives:
- We pay affiliates every 30 days, on a recurring basis, for all sales.
- We then transfer a royalty amount to the Ubuntu Synergy Trust fund.
- We pay all the business expenses to ensure ZaGenie Ltd can function.
- We set aside some money for technical development and other marketing.
- ZaGenie Ltd is a FOR PROFIT company, and strives be an effective, tax efficient entity. The objective is to maximize profits.
- The profits are directed to the Ubuntu Synergy Trust. From there we help various worthwhile causes, at our sole discretion.
- Herbert David Olschewski is the beneficial owner. It remains a private limited company, and there are no plans to go public.
